Shipping Policy

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. At this time, Coastline BMX Supply ships only within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Methods

We ship using USPS and UPS, depending on the size, weight, destination, and nature of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information so you can follow your package's progress.

Please note that all delivery dates provided by USPS or UPS are estimates only. While we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates or control delays once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Expedited Shipping

At this time, we do not offer expedited or rush shipping services.

Every order is carefully packed to ensure your parts arrive safely, and all orders are processed in the order they are received. Because of our packing process and daily carrier pickup schedules, we cannot guarantee same-day shipment or faster processing for expedited requests.

Returned or Refused Shipments

Shipping carriers charge fees for packages that are refused or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. If a package is returned to Coastline BMX Supply for this reason, any original shipping charges and applicable return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

PO Box Addresses

Certain oversized items—including, but not limited to, bicycles, frames, handlebars, forks, wheels, and large tires—cannot be shipped through USPS. Since UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, we recommend providing a physical street address whenever possible.

If a PO Box is provided for an order that requires UPS delivery, we may contact you for an alternate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if changes are required after your order has been processed.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to carrier limitations, we are unable to ship oversized items—including complete bicycles, frames, handlebars, wheels, and similar products—to locations outside the contiguous United States.

Flat Rate Shipping Fees:

*Free shipping does not apply to orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, or APO/FPO addresses. 

*Please note: Large items carry a reduced shipping fee (we absorb some of the cost for you).

Complete Bike Shipping Fees:

*We do not ship complete bikes to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, or APO/FPO addresses. You must provide a valid street address (no PO boxes).
